You agree to indemnify and hold Livingstone Holiday and its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, and partners harmless from any claim, demand, or damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Website or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chandigarh, India. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts in Chandigarh for the purpose of resolving any such dispute.
